5 Reminders for this Holiday Season

The holiday season is officially upon us! While these times of gathering and meal preparation bring with them many language-rich opportunities, I wanted to navigate away from therapeutic targets for just a moment and, instead, take some time to offer meaningful holiday reminders.

In this season, remember…

  1. Gift with compassion and intention.

  2. Take time to share love and deepen your connections.

  3. Family looks different to everyone and that is okay. Chosen family is family.

  4. Not everyone is celebrating the same thing and some are not celebrating anything at all.

  5. A little patience goes a long way.

What reminder is important to you this holiday season?
