Do you accept insurance?
No. At this time, our practice is a 100% private pay practice and we are considered out of network with all insurance providers.
We can provide you with an itemized statement called a “superbill” if you plan to be reimbursed through insurance plan’s out of network benefits.
A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider. It is the responsibility of each family to contact their insurance provider to determine their insurance benefits before starting therapy. Please use our “cheat sheet” to help you know what questionst to ask your insurance provider.
Please contact us for rates.

Sessions vary based every child’s needs and goals and are scheduled for 45 and 60 minutes. The last few minutes of each session focus on improving carryover through parent education and providing a verbal update of ongoing progress.
Is an initial evaluation required?
Yes; an evaluation is required before to starting services. It’s important to understand the underlying factors contributing to your or your child’s communication difficulties. An evaluation helps us to get to the root cause of the child’s areas of needs and help us make appropriate recommendations and referrals. For this reason, we always start with a thorough evaluation.
What is the process for getting started with therapy services?
Please fill out our Contact Form. We will email you to schedule a free initial 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your child's unique communication needs. During this call, the clinician will determine whether or not your child would benefit from therapeutic services and whether our practice is the right fit for you. There is no commitment with a complimentary consult.
If you would like to begin service, we will schedule a 60-minute evaluation in your home that includes a parent interview and goal planning.
In the days following the evaluation, the clinician will email you the evaluation report and treatment plan. The clinician will discuss the treatment plan with you during the initial therapy visit.
What are the benefits of private speech therapy and occupational therapy?
Private speech therapy offers many benefits that may not be available through traditional therapy options.
With private speech therapy, your family will have direct communication with your therapist and avoid the eligibility criteria and waitlists typically associated with traditional therapy options. This means that your child can begin accessing the support they need right away. Private speech therapy also offers therapy in a one-on-one setting through a highly personalized plan that is based on your family's goals, with an aim of maximizing your child's progress.
With these benefits and more, private speech therapy can be an invaluable part of your child's journey to improving their communication.
