Leslie-Anne Dessources, MS CCC-SLP

Leslie-Anne is a licensed speech-language pathologist and a certified member of the American Speech Hearing Association. Leslie-Anne obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education as well as her Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology at Seton Hall University.

Leslie-Anne’s passions and experience are rooted within the fields of school-based setting and early intervention. She specializes in language delays and disorders of birth to preschool-aged children.

Leslie-Anne is trained in neurodiversity affirming approaches that highlight sensory regulation/integration techniques, team collaboration, and the Natural Language Acquisition framework. She holds experience in the implementation of low and high tech alternative/augmentative devices including communication applications such as GoTalkNow, TouchChat, Proloquo2Go, and TDSnap. Leslie-Anne is additionally trained in Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT Level One).

Above all, Leslie-Anne believes in using evidence-based research to create and implement individualized treatment plans and programs for her clients to reach their developmental milestones in a child-led approach.

When not at work, Leslie-Anne enjoys yoga, crafting, and spending time with her loving family.

Leslie serves clients in Essex County.

 

Julia Sule, MS CCC-SLP

Julia is a licensed speech-language pathologist in New Jersey and a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Moravian University.

Julia has extensive experience with working with children in early intervention and private practices. Her clinical interests include Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and early language development. Julia prioritizes evidence-based practice approaches to create individualized treatment plans and sessions. She provides caregiver education and coaching to aid in the progress of her clients.

In Julia's free time, she loves to attend CycleBar classes, walking by rivers, hiking, and watching documentaries!

Julia serves clients via teletherapy only.

 

Madison Byers

Madison is a speech-language pathology student at Seton Hall University, entering her senior year. Passionate about communication, she's known for her dedication and insightful contributions in class. Madison is eager to apply her knowledge to help others, particularly interested in the intersection of technology and speech therapy. With her commitment and compassion, she's poised to make a meaningful impact in her future career.
