Our daughter started speech with Joanne just before her third birthday. She has a prominent tongue trust and needed help with her articulation. Over the last year, her speech has greatly improved. She looks forward to her biweekly visits with Joanne and quickly became attached to her. Joanne has a very calm, easy-going personality which helped when my daughter would get frustrated. It has really been a pleasure working with her for these past few months.

When I was told that my child needed a new therapist, I was wary of the process. We all know what that entails and you should be so lucky to find a good one and in my experience, I was blessed. Children feed off adult energy and she has the 3Cs (cool, calm & collective), she is open, understanding and so much more. She made it work even through remote sessions that my other child who doesn’t require therapy would want to join.
